Indonesia's youth, representing a significant demographic advantage, face both a promising opportunity and a growing challenge as the country approaches Indonesia Emas 2045, a time when the productive-age population will peak. With nearly 10 million youth aged 15-24 unemployed and lacking key skills, the potential for human resource growth risks being wasted. Youth participation is crucial for national development, and Syaloomitha Meirika Maranata, a law graduate and youth advocate, actively works to address these issues through social media and hands-on initiatives. She encourages youth self-development, focusing on creativity, self-awareness, and effective communication, and has contributed to local empowerment programs
