I believe that the Puteri Indonesia platform offers a unique opportunity to advocate for greater participation of women in STEM. As a role model, I aim to inspire more girls and women to pursue careers in STEM, understand their rights and speak up, equal decision-making practices and raise awareness about gender representation, especially in leadership roles within STEM, while collaborating with key stakeholders to propose actionable solutions. These solutions include incentivizing companies that promote gender equality and eliminating discrimination, particularly in STEM.
